Can you taste the ghosts I eat, through my eyes and out my feet? Disembodied spirits, fireflies, Halloween. It's a celebration of a resignation of a situation of indoctrination Will you please forgive me. The dragon flies overhead. Toss me in the water, submerge my head with your feet. It's a celebration of a resignation of a situation of indoctrination. It's not gonna change this time. The skeletons that they revive are rattling. The monotony that we absorb is injury. We're not gonna change this time!

The Wing 03:25
On the flight to Olympus the voice of the captain comes on the PA of the plane. The stopover in Venus delayed due to reasons that no one can seem to explain and there's a murmur about something related to damage inflicted on one of the wings. Through the window the city is flashing, its heart lurches up and lands on the wing. Grab a hold of the wing. If you raise your arms we can steer this plane. Grab a hold of the wing. As the chaos increases the pilot's approached by a girl who is claiming to be the Messiah, she hands him a drawing; the scarecrow and tin man are hung from a tree. There's the voice of my love and it echoes throughout the whole city and into the plane: “Take my hand and we'll smash through the window, climb out to the wing, we can rescue this plane.” Grab a hold of the wing. If you raise your arms we can steer this ship. Grab a hold of the sail. Don't shatter my violin! This face I'm not covering!

All your life you wanted more; living room department store. Daddy's girl, you know my heart; sterilized right from the start. The amusement park is set all up for you. No one else is allowed to ride the rides. Every parking space is reserved only for you and the candy floss is served by a machine. All your life you wanted more; cellophane department store. Garden in the living room. Swimming pool, the chlorine high. The amusement park is open just for you. No one else is allowed to ride the rides. Every parking space is reserved only for you and the games are all rigged so you can't lose. From behind, a faint “hello”. Familiar voice, it is your own. Turn around; a painted smile, robotic clown is winding down. And the ferris wheel is spinning just for you. In the centre is a hypnotizing light. Spinning wildly, the bolts are coming loose. Plastic Iroquois canoeing down the flume. The amusement park is set all up for you. No one else is allowed upon the rides. Every parking space reserved only for you. The conductor is singing “Silent Night”.

Castle 03:06
You built me a castle I can't find. Every night when he gets home he collapses on the stairs. Every night a step closer to the unprotected street. When all is said, the lights will turn red, the elements freeze in our heads. When night sets in we plug ourselves in, the elephants sleep in our beds. You built me a castle I can't find. Sunday nights the preacher comes and walks around the house. He watches as the shapes drift in...they float through the ceilings. Uptown - Downtown - Underground - Outer space - Basement ceilings - Bathroom floors - Caught in the attic space – Sealed off – Cold shower – Burnt wire -out of place – Inside – Outside – I still can't find the place. You built me a castle I can't find. Shocks in the motherboard. Sparks shooting out of his mouth and eyes. They said it was home. They said it was home. It's in the fabric of the dress that she wears. When all is said, the lights will turn red, the elements freeze in our heads. When night sets in we plug ourselves in, the elephants sleep in our beds.

Engines Gone 04:15
Well God said to Adam “You really are a go getter. But along with all those good days you're gonna have your bad days. Can't just fall in love with Eden; get lost inside those deep, dark eyes because with every little sweet kiss there's gonna be a snake bite.” And He said: (Engines gone) - You walk it! (Engines gone) - You climb it! (Engines gone) - You swim it! (Engines gone) There's a shadow on the wall, a castle flooding from within and along with every well wish there's gonna be a “fuck you”. Let it go, let it go, let it go springtime today nightmare tomorrow. Collect all your teardrops in glass jars and keep them by your bedroom door. You walk it! You climb it! You swim it! And they say you'll never fall, they say you'll never fail but along with every hand shake there's gonna be a back stab. Let it go, let it go, let it go. Blue skies today, twister tomorrow, collect all your teardrops in glass jars and keep them by your bedroom door. You walk it! You climb it! You swim it! Conjuring up the spirits! oooo

Jenny's got a lot of work to do. Heroin shots in the bathroom stall. Piss-stained sink spells “I don't love you”. Everybody knows that the cushion is gone. Somewhere...somewhere...my candle...somewhere...light my candle. Jenny's got a lot of work to do. Mutilated corpse on the side of the road. The blood stained grass spells “I don't love you”. The billboard sign says “What you gonna do?” Somewhere...somewhere...my candle...somewhere...light my candle. Jenny's got a lot of work to do. Salivating mouth at the foot of her bed. Sweat drenched dog barks, “I don't love you!” Everybody knows that the cushion is gone...gone... Somewhere...somewhere...my candle...somewhere...light my candle.

There's a virus in that cave. The sign on the entrance said so. But you have no need to go in there. Don't go in there, precious stone. The psychiatric ward was located on the highest floor of the tallest building. It's time to build that track, work out all those knots in your back. All of the repeated visions of falling rocks and stones. Calloused hands, pick axes and brooms. Sweaty arms, pick axes and brooms. Precious Stone. The psychiatric ward was located on the highest floor of the tallest building. The psychiatric ward was located on the highest peak of the tallest mountain.

Out of the corner of my eye, there was a missionary man. He was pointing to the pages that he wanted us to read, And he trampled on our seed, and the lakes started to blead, Still we loved him like a mother, carved his image in the trees. There was a swiftly erected flag out in the center of the cornfield, And the gray suited man was waving, he was asking us to leave, But he'd have to get through me and all the animals and trees. Now our love grows when he's inside us. We grow wider than the seas. Like the first of us here did. Like the indigenous did. I make shoes for my foot soldiers. I draw maps for the blind. Out of the corner of my eye, there was a missionary man, With machinery all around him and shadows in his eyes. So we took him by surprise, and we opened up his eyes. Now our love grows when he's inside us with all the animals and trees. It's time to meet the masked man with the long hooked nose. Don't build the canoe out of plastic.

I could be mistaken, trying to be human. I could wear their clothes and speak their language. But still with all my effort, I just can't escape it. Whenever I hear my voice I hear an animal. Face to the sky, I raise my arms up. Look at my limbs; they’re long and jointed, encrusted in an animal. But I am not an animal. Face to the sky, I am divided. Look at my limbs; they’re long and hairy. They look just like an animal’s. But I am not an animal. I will call you father. I will call you sister. Banging on the wall of a glass cage. I will quit my day-job and then I’ll build a church carved into a mountain. Then watch it crumble. I saw through your stained glass. I saw your silhouette; A marionette with broken strings. Face to the sky, I raise my arms up. Look at my limbs; they’re long and jointed, encrusted in an animal. But I am not an animal. Face to the sky, I am divided. Look at my limbs; they’re long and hairy. They look just like an animal’s. But I am not an animal. Say a prayer, the light disease. It takes a toll with every breeze and hanging from the highest trees, I look just like an animal, But I am not an animal.
